Returns & Refunds Policy

14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and with original tags attached

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@niamae.com and we will send you instructions for sending your item back.

Please note we do not offer free returns and return costs will need to be paid for by the customer.

When returning items to us please ensure that all customs fees are paid at the time of shipping. If we receive a customs invoice upon delivery, the amount charged will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@niamae.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest solution is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method but please allow up to 10 business days for this to be completed. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
