UK Delivery

We now offer Next Day Delivery on all in-stock UK orders placed before 3pm*

• Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday): Delivered Next Working Day

• Orders placed after 3pm: Delivered within 2 Working Days

International Delivery

• Estimated 2 – 3 Working Days from dispatch

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Sale/Discount Code Periods

During sale periods, please allow an additional 2–3 working days for dispatch and delivery due to higher order volumes.

Important Information

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or courier delays. While we always strive to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 2 days so we can assist you. Unfortunately, claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.

Customs Charges – What You Need to Know

At Nia Mae London, we aim to make international shopping as simple and transparent as possible.

A flat customs and import fee is included within the delivery charge at checkout. This means the total amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay, with customs related costs covered as part of your shipping charge.

There are no additional customs or import fees payable to Nia Mae London after purchase. Your order will be processed and shipped with these charges already accounted for.

When returning items to us, please ensure that any customs fees required for the return shipment are paid before dispatch. If we receive a customs invoice or charges upon delivery of your return, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
