Each Nia Mae order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our UK or US warehouse.

For UK and US orders, please allow 1–3 business days for processing, followed by 5–7 business days for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

International orders are subject to the same processing time, with delivery times varying by destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Nia Mae piece. If you wish to return your order, returns must be requested and sent back within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
